Denneys Reitz Attorneys, a 70 year old international law firm headquartered in Johannesburg South Africa.

The Challenge

To home in on the focus that would bring about alignment between all partners and directors within the firm. Develop a strategy to improve the perception of the brand, help retain its stable of young attorneys and increase market share.

The Outcome

Both employees and partners connected the message to their own experience, and each of the various business units began to move toward a common goal. Not only did Deneys Reitz top the table in SA, but also won the award for best law firm in Africa. This resulted in a merger with Norton Rose of London.
