The Challenge

Revamp and launch a failing lingerie brand in a competitive market place. Create a refined brand vision, sales and marketing strategy across retail channels, as well as a reinvigorating an existing website.

The Outcome

Placing the Voila Range in the expected place was clearly going to be a hard sell in that competative space. Our team worked out that in order to make the brand stand out, we would have to take on an unexpected approach. The male market was the key. After some market research, we positioned the lingerie where a huge percentage of men shop - the frozen ready meal section of a major retailer. After all, food and romance are a great fit. Needless to say that the product caused a big sensation and was quick to fly off the shelves.
